SITE CRITERIA

Ideally we want to have one multi-unit franchisee active in each market and we have a strong preference to expand to states adjacent to existing operations. Conversions of existing, free-standing casual dining buildings usually present the best opportunities for good sites with favorable economics.

TRADE AREA CHARACTERISTICS

Heavy daytime population, mid-scale business hotels, upscale apartments and a high percentage of singles vs. married are traits that define the best trade areas. Twin Peaks is used as a meeting place so we prefer highly visible sites along major freeways. Average Household Income of +$60k. Daytime population of +100k. Total Population of +150k.

SITE CRITERIA

Existing restaurants of 5,000-8,000 SF. 120+ Parking spaces. Patio space is a plus.
