RANDY DEWITT (CEO) handles concept development, restaurant development, marketing and strategy for Twin Peaks. Randy was also the founder and CEO of Rockfish Seafood Grill, L.P., a 14-unit chain of casual seafood restaurants he sold in July 2008. He is previously experienced in shopping center development and owned and operated other restaurants before creating the Rockfish concept.
JACK GIBBONS (PRESIDENT) oversees operations at Twin Peaks. Previously Jack spent 25 years at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. He was the concept leader at Pappadeaux when he left to join Twin Peaks. Jack holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a bachelor of Science degree from the Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston.
SCOTT GORDON (CFO) oversees finance and administration for Twin Peaks. Prior to Twin Peaks Scott was VP of Operations for Don Pablo’s, COO of La Madeleine and President of Tia’s Tex-Mex. Scott graduated with a business degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.
