RANDY DEWITT (CEO) handles concept development, restaurant development, marketing and strategy for Twin Peaks. Randy was also the founder and CEO of Rockfish Seafood Grill, L.P., a 14-unit chain of casual seafood restaurants he sold in July 2008. He is previously experienced in shopping center development and owned and operated other restaurants before creating the Rockfish concept.

JACK GIBBONS (PRESIDENT) is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Twin Peaks, bringing to the concept vast experience of all facets of the restaurant business. Jack’s skills were initially developed in a 25-year career with the Pappas Restaurant Group, where he worked his way up to COO of Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen before he left to join Twin Peaks. Jack holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and a bachelor of Science degree from the Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston.

DAN LAWLER (CFO) oversees finance and administration for Twin Peaks, bringing to the table his profound experience of operating and growing businesses. He previously resided as the Vice President of Development at Bright Horizons, CFO of Children’s Choice Learning Center, as well as the Vice President of Finance of MGM Grand Hotel before joining the Twin Peaks team. Dan graduated with an Accounting degree from Providence College in Rhode Island.
