Our selection process starts with choosing only the best candidates who share our commitment and enthusiasm for providing better food, colder beer and higher caliber girls than our competition.
CRITERIA
Twin Peaks Restaurant franchise candidates should meet the following criteria to be considered for a franchise opportunity:
$590,000 to $1.9 million per restaurant. (Click here for a full breakdown)
Single Unit Developers (only considered in smaller markets) - $500,000 Liquid Assets; $1,500,000 Net Worth
Multi-Unit Developers (ability to develop 3 or more restaurants) - $1,500,000 Liquid Assets; $3,000,000 Net Worth.
Strong banking relationships and ability to secure funding
At least 5 years multi-unit restaurant operations and development experience
The ability to deliver a superlative customer experience while maintaining a dedication to develop the Twin Peaks culture
Live in your market and have strong ties to the local community
The ability to create and manage an organization that effectively recruits, trains, retains and motivates people. Dedication to operations excellence
