Twin Peaks Restaurant franchise candidates should meet the following criteria to be considered for a franchise opportunity:
$972,000 to $2 million per restaurant.

Multi-unit developers (ability to develop three or more restaurants): $1,500,000 liquid assets; $3,000,000 net worth.
Strong banking relationships and ability to secure funding.
At least five years multi-unit restaurant operations and development experience.
The ability to deliver a superlative customer experience while maintaining a dedication to develop the Twin Peaks culture.
Live in your market and have strong ties to the local community.
The ability to create and manage an organization that recruits, trains, retains and motivates people effectively. Dedication to operations excellence.
Franchise fee: $50,000 per store.
Franchise agreement term: 15 years with renewal of 15 years.
Royalty: 5% of gross monthly revenue.
Advertising/marketing fee: 3%.
