Conversions of existing, free-standing casual dining buildings usually present the best opportunities for good sites with favorable economics. Lifestyle or power centers with big box anchors.
Places where men shop such as Home Depot, Best Buy, Bass Pro, etc., are a plus.
Regional, super-regional malls.
