DALLAS, TX (July 11, 2016) – Twin Peaks is elevating their new menu by adding over 10 craveable choices to the delicious, made-from-scratch items the mountain sports lodge is famous for.
Flavorful new salads, sandwiches, burgers and appetizers are now being served at all 73 Twin Peaks restaurants across the U.S. The new tasty house made avocado smash is the hero of several new menu items, including a hand smashed and seared Avocado Smash Burger, a Turkey Avocado Smash sandwich and a Triple Play appetizer, which also includes fire roasted salsa, chipotle queso and tortilla chips.
“Our new menu items deliver the variety and flavors our guests crave,” said Starlette Johnson, Twin Peaks President & CEO. “Mix in great sports on high-definition flat screen televisions, local craft beer selections and attractive Twin Peaks Girls and you have the perfect recipe for summer fun.”
Other new items include the shareable Double Stacked Nachos; they are piled high with a choice of grilled steak or chicken. There is a Smokey Sweet BBQ Burger with smoked Gouda and tangy BBQ sauce, and the Sicilian, a delicious combination of capicola ham, sopressata, salami, Mama Lil’s red peppers, provolone and sun dried tomato mayo on toasted sour dough. These new dishes pair perfectly with our 29-degree beer and the best sports viewing in town.
New salad selections include: Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad, with mixed greens, kale, grape tomatoes, red onions, celery leaves, carrots and bacon bits; and, The Greek, a classic Greek salad with a Twin Peaks twist. A delicious Green Chile Chicken Soup combines grilled chicken, New Mexico green chiles, roasted corn, smoked paprika, pico de gallo, lime, onions and tomatoes.
