DETROIT (Nov. 13, 2017) – Twin Peaks – the ultimate sports lodge known for its made-from-scratch kitchen, rugged atmosphere and playful Twin Peaks Girls – just opened its newest restaurant at 14980 Dix Toledo Road, next door to Dick Genthe Chevrolet.
The 8,500-square-foot restaurant is a sports oasis for locals and visitors seeking the ultimate game-day experience. It features 56 high-definition flat screen TVs and 32 local and craft beers on tap from Twin Peaks’ patented beer dispensing system that pours beer at 29 degrees – the lowest possible temperature before freezing – creating an icy, refreshing experience.
The restaurant’s Twin Peaks Girls serve a variety of delicious, made-from-scratch American comfort foods and tasty, shareable favorites. A full-service bar pours a wide selection of signature cocktails and top-shelf spirits. A perfect spot to unwind with friends, colleagues or family, the restaurant features four firepits on the outdoor patio, a large interior room for parties and a huge parking lot. Guests can choose from freshly-made specialties like slow-cooked Mom’s Pot Roast and beer battered Fish and Chips. Other sports lodge signatures include The Hangover Burger and more than 30 variations of wings.
Owned and operated by Ansara Concepts, Twin Peaks Southgate has created about 140 new jobs in the area.
“We’re thrilled to continue our growth here in the Detroit area and are excited to have officially opened our doors to the wonderful Southgate community,” said General Manager Brian Beddow. “We’ve hired an enthusiastic, hardworking team and we’re all looking forward to creating a rarified experience to make each of our guests feel special.”
Hours of operation at the new Twin Peaks restaurant are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Southgate is the third Twin Peaks to open in the Detroit area. For more information, call 734.767.5276, or visit facebook.com/TwinPeaksSouthgate.
