OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL (January 13, 2016)– Twin Peaks, known for made-from-scratch food, ultimate sports viewing atmosphere, and the coldest beer served anywhere, has opened in Oakbrook Terrace at 17W744 22nd Street. The restaurant is now open beginning at 5 p.m., and will be open for lunch in the near future.
“We are very excited to be here and serve the community,” said General Manager Corey Wagner. “We’re proud to offer a great place to catch a Bulls or Blackhawks game or just to enjoy delicious food and the coldest beer in town with your friends and family.”
Twin Peaks offers a wide selection of ice-cold drafts thanks to its patented beer dispensing system that pours beer at 29 degrees – the lowest possible temperature before freezing – creating an icy, refreshing head. Twin Peaks also has a wide selection of craft beers and a full bar featuring top-shelf and signature bourbons and other spirits.
The scratch kitchen brings in fresh ingredients to prepare mouth-watering American dishes like slow-cooked Mom’s Pot Roast and house-breaded Chicken Fried Steak. Other sports lodge favorites include The Hangover Burger, and delicious sliders like the Buttermilk Chicken Sliders.
With 344 indoor and outdoor seats and 59 high definition flat screen televisions, the spacious lodge offers many different vantage points for watching a game. The large outdoor patio features a cozy fire pit, giving guests a perfect way shake off the chill of winter while enjoying drinks, meals and games.
Oakbrook Terrace is the third Twin Peaks to open in the Chicago area, with Twin Peaks sports lodges already operating in Warrenville and Wheeling. Twin Peaks Oakbrook Terrace is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. The restaurant will open for lunch in the future.
